Court Time Events has partnered with Successful Sporting Events as their official housing partner. This is a stay to play event. All teams must stay in a tournament approved hotel and use a minimum of three rooms per night in order to participate. 1 - How do your one day ball outs work?

Teams play two or three games in round robin format the team with the best record wins first place medals!

2 - When is your weekly deadline for your one day ball outs? 

The Wednesday before the event by 11pm.

3 - Are you able to accommodate my teams schedule request? 

Yes, we pride ourselves on being very schedule request friendly. Let us know your schedule needs and we will work hard to accommodate.

4 - Can a team play Saturday only during one of your two or three day events. 

Yes, We are here to meet your teams needs!

5 - Do you offer multi team/tournament discounts? Yes, contact us directly and we can create a package deal to fit your teams needs!

6 - What is your refund policy?

As long as you contact us 48 hours prior to the event we will give a full refund. Also if a division doesn't have enough teams and you pay in advance, we will give you a full refund or credit for a future event. The choice is yours.

7 - Are your events grade or age based? 

They are a combination of both. For example…(2nd/8u) (3rd/9u) (4th/10) and so on….
